The Hindu-Hitachi scholarships
In association with Hitachi Ltd, Tokyo, Hindu invites scholarship applications for technical training in Japan. (No of scholarships -3 )
Financial support:
Selected trainees will be provided with return economy class air tickets. Arrangements will be made for free boarding and lodging and to defray all expenses for travelling in Japan. Trainees will also be paid a monthly stipend.
Eligibility:
Scholarship for 6 months commencing from July 2010.
Candidates may have training in one of the following product fields of hitachi- power systems, railway systems, industrial systems , information and telecommunications.
Age: not more than 30 yrs as on 31.3.2010
qualification : BE or BSc (Engg) or an equivalent degree
Experience: Candidates with at least one year of professional experience need apply
PROCEDURE:
Completed forms to reach The Hindu, 859 & 860, Anna Salai, Chennai 600 002 superscribed The Hindu - Hitachi Training Scheme before December 31, 2009.
