In a particular town, there was a sudden food shortage and nobody could get anything. People had to wait in queue to get a single piece of bread. A person was waiting in the queue for a long time. He waited till what seemed to be eternity. Still, his turn for the bread had not come. He was very frustrated and angry. In a fit of anger, he had a sudden impulse to kill the person responsible for the condition. He said that he is going to murder the local headman responsible for their plight. Everyone felt it justified as they were equally frustrated. The person immediately left the queue and ventured into the place where the headman lived. Within seconds, he came back to the original queue. Everyone was intrigued. They were really surprised that the man could manage to kill the headman so easily. They were curious to know how he managed.
When they asked him, the frustrated man said, “When I ventured there, there was a longer queue than this!”
